Late Nights

In between main dances and late nights on Friday and Saturday we’ll have snacks to graze on.

Saturday, May 24 Cookout & Special Event

Get ready for a fun, outdoor cookout with the Capital Blues organizers! This is going to be reminiscent of neighborhood cookouts and will be a great way to hang out, get to know your fellow attendees, and enjoy the weather.

We’re cooking up something special for Saturday. Stay tuned for details!

Sunday, May 25 BBQ & Blues Jam

On Sunday, May 26, enjoy a catered BBQ picnic and a very special live blues jam with musicians from the Archie Edwards Blues Heritage Foundation. Music lovers, you’re invited to bring an instrument/your voice and join!

How to attend picnics

Attendance at the picnics is free and open to all, but the food provided by Capital Blues will be limited, so be sure to snag a weekend or à la carte pass if you want to receive a catered meal. You are also welcome to bring your own food and hang out.

Don’t forget a water bottle, sunscreen, and anything else that makes you happy: picnic blanket and chairs, ukulele, frisbee, your cute dog, board games, etc.

See the Schedule for picnic times and addresses.

Special Dietary Needs

All catered meals will include vegan and vegetarian options! Have an allergy or another food-related concern? Email us at capitalblues.info@gmail.com.
