All dances will sell tickets at the door. You can reserve Live Music Only passes at the bottom of this page.
Keep in mind: a negative covid test is required for entry! See covid policy for instructions.
We've had a few cancellations for full-weekend passes (includes all dances plus catered BBQ at picnics)! Email register@capitalblues.org to check for openings.
Picnic attendance is free, as is the Monday afternoon dance.

Covid Policy
Here's everything you need to know about registering:
- Full Weekend Passes: Full-weekend passes include admission to all events: afternoon picnics, main dances, and late-night dances. Choose your own price tier: Budget ($150, limited quantity), Standard ($175), Sponsor ($200), or Super Sponsor ($225). Other than price, all four tiers are identical. Email us to join the waitlist!
- Live Music Only: Due to venue capacity limits, we are offering 250 "Live Music Only" packages for admission to only the main dances on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for $85 (save $5!). This package does not include food at picnics or admission to late nights. See all bands for the weekend.
- Individual Dances: We will offer รก la carte admission at the door for the main dances ($30) and late-night dances ($20 on Friday and Saturday, $15 on Sunday) on a first-come, first-served basis. You can also purchase advance tickets for individual dances via Square.
- T-Shirts: You may add a T-shirt to any of the above packages. Pick-up locations announced soon.
- Payment: We accept payment by PayPal or personal check. When you submit your registration form, the form will show your cost and will provide both a PayPal link (with an additional processing fee charged by PayPal) and a mailing address for checks. Important note: Your registration is not completed until we receive payment in full. If we don't receive full payment within two weeks of the submission of your registration form, we will have to cancel your registration to open up a spot for another dancer.
- Non-Transferability: To prevent online scamming or scalping, Red Hot Blues & BBQ registrations are non-transferable. No exceptions.
- Refunds: Refunds considered for positive covid tests or special circumstances. Please contact us at info@capitalblues.org. We will generally consider a 100% refund of registration fees prior to checking in at the event or 50% after you've checked in.
- Covid Policy: Please note the full covid policy and testing requirement for Red Hot Blues & BBQ 2024. By completing registration, you agree that you understand and will abide by this policy. Failure to follow the policy may require us to revoke your registration without refund.
