Covid Policy
Here's everything you need to know about registering:
- Full Weekend Passes: Due to venue capacity limits, we are offering 200 full-weekend passes that include admission to all events: afternoon picnics, main dances, and late-night dances. You'll choose your own pricing tier: Budget ($150, limited quantity), Standard ($175), Sponsor ($200), or Super Sponsor ($225). Other than the price, all four tiers are identical.
- Live Music Only: Due to venue capacity limits, we are offering 250 "Live Music Only" packages for admission to only the main dances on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for $85. This package does not include admission to the afternoon picnics. Late-night dance passes are sold at the door only. See all bands for the weekend.
- Individual Dances: Subject to venue capacity limits, we will offer รก la carte admission at the door for the main dances ($30) and late-night dances ($20 on Friday and Saturday, $15 on Sunday) on a first-come, first-served basis. You can also purchase advance tickets for individual dances via Square.
- T-Shirts: You may purchase a T-shirt as an add-on to any of the above packages and indicate your size. Pick-up locations will be announced soon.
- Payment: We accept payment by PayPal or personal check. When you submit your registration form, the form will show your registration cost and will provide both a PayPal link (which requires an additional processing fee charged by PayPal) and a mailing address for payment by check. Important note: Your registration is not completed until we receive payment in full. If we don't receive full payment within two weeks of the submission of your registration form, we will have to cancel your registration to open up a spot for another dancer.
- Waitlist: Once registration hits its cap for full-weekend registrants, we will offer an informal waitlist by email (info@capitalblues.org) in case additional spots become available. The waitlist will be fulfilled on a strict first-come, first-served basis.
- Non-Transferability: Red Hot Blues & BBQ registrations are non-transferable. No exceptions.
- Refunds: Refunds will be considered for positive covid tests or special circumstances. Please contact us at info@capitalblues.org. We will generally consider a 100% refund of registration fees if you contact us prior to checking in at the event or a 50% refund of registration fees if you contact us after checking in.
- Covid Policy: Please note the full covid policy and testing requirement for Red Hot Blues & BBQ 2024. By completing registration, you agree that you understand and will abide by this policy. Failure to follow the policy may require us to revoke your registration without refund.
- Volunteering: After you pay you'll receive a link in the confirmation email to sign up as a volunteer.
